Sue Pratt  is a licensed Broker Associate with
more than three decades of experience in helping people find the place they so
proudly calls home. Sue has been a resident of Boulder County for more than 37

Sue holds
the GRI designation (Graduate REALTORS® Institute) that was earned by completing
a national program of specialized, advanced education. She is a member of
national, state and local REALTOR® Boards. Sue has also just received an
additional real estate certification known as a SRES (Seniors Real Estate
Specialist) with the National Association of REALTORS®. This designation is
meaningful because only 1% of all REALTORS® nationwide are certified in this
field. By earning the "SRES" designation, Sue Pratt has demonstrated
that she has the requisite knowledge, experience, and expertise to be a Seniors
Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and counselor. As recent as August 2004 Sue has
received the ABR®, The Accredited Buyer Representative, which is the benchmark
of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to
real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of
the National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and
practical experience criteria.
In August
2005, Sue was awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)
Designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest
not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®.
REALTORS® who receive the CRS Designation have completed advanced courses
and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real
estate. Only 35,000 REALTORS® nationwide have earned the

subscribe to the strict REALTOR® Code of Ethics, have access to the latest technology

In February
2006, Sue was awarded the Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS)
designation. Sue was one of the first to receive this prestigious
designation that distinguishes her as a specialist in the resort and
second-home markets around the world. After the news regarding her RSPS
designation, Sue was off to Hawaii for the National Association of REALTORS®
Resort Symposium. There she was awarded the Transnational Referral
Certification giving her access to the world.
As of
September 2007, Sue received her AMPI Designation which associates her with the
National Asociacion Mexicana de Profesionales Inmboliliarios A.C. of Mexico, and enables her to assist you in a purchase in the area of your choice anywhere in Mexico, whether it be fractional or individual property ownership. As a member of AMPI, Sue
is recognized as a trusted professional to do business in Mexico.
Sue recently
received her ECO BROKER Certification in May 2008 to enable her buyers and
sellers to buy and/or sell new construction and feel confident in their sales
