I had never sold a home before, and other realtors that I contacted felt I needed to do a lot of work on my late mother's home in Boulder before I sold it, but I had limited time and funds. After only one day she had come up with a buyer who offered a good price. That's just amazing in this market. The flyers she provided were the best I have ever seen and we were able to get what we were looking for out of the house in only a matter of weeks.
