I had never sold a home before, and other realtors that I contacted felt I needed to do a lot of work on my late mother's home in Boulder before I sold it, but I had limited time and funds. She suggested that I sell it as-is, and came to our first meeting with the paperwork already filled out. She took great pictures of the property and really moved the process along. After only one day she had come up with a buyer who offered a good price. That's just amazing in this market. She also helped me decide what concessions to allow the buyer, and took care of any glitches that came up during the selling process. Now the place is sold and I and the buyer are fully satisfied.       When we needed to relocate we turned to Sue Pratt to help sell 1 of our 2 town homes at the Summit at Rock Creek. Sue helped every stage of the way. The flyers she provided were the best I have ever seen and we were able to get what we were looking for out of the house in only a matter of weeks.
